HOW TO INFLATE THE BALLOON:
1. take the balloon and the plastic straw out of the package
2. insert the straw into the inflation opening on the bottom of the balloon
3. blow through the straw to inflate the balloon
4. carefully pull the straw out of the balloon (the system is designed so that you do not need to tie the balloon's opening)
5. to deflate the balloon, insert the straw back into the opening and press on the balloon

WARNING:
Suitable for children aged 8 and up. Children can choke or suffocate on burst or deflated balloons. Use only under adult supervision. After inflating the balloon, an adult must make sure that children are using it safely. Keep deflated balloons out of the reach of children and dispose of burst balloons immediately.
